I grew up in Vail, AZ. I rode horses competitively and did sprint triathlons during college. I have always been involved in fitness. However, I was getting bored of the same redundant workouts and I could tell this training technique wasn’t working for my clients. I found CrossFit in 2013. I fell in love with the constantly varied workouts.
Since adopting CrossFit, I have never been stronger and it’s amazing for me to see the progress I have made. I enjoy training others and love seeing the results that occur from the high intensity training. In 2014 I attended the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer course, which allowed me to fully understand the methodology and teachings of Greg Glassman. I took this new knowledge and applied it to my own training regimen, as well as the classes I was coaching. Since then I attended the CrossFit Level 2 Coach’s Prep course, which tested my skills as a coach. It furthered my knowledge and techniques in the execution of CrossFit’s training methods.
As a coach I pride myself in my openness to new ideas and strive to continue my education. I want to provide a facility that caters to multiple demographics. I want the opportunity to coach athletes of all skill levels as well as providing a CrossFit experience that combines traditional and current coaching methods.
