And now a series of posts on the 10 General Physical Skills. First up:
Cardiovascular Endurance = The ability of the body’s systems to gather, process and deliver oxygen.
All the other nine skills follow from this one. We have to breath before we can do anything else. We develop greater cardiovascular endurance through our intense metabolic conditioning (metcon) workouts.
