600 meter sled push – both sleds

Everyone carries a plate or med ball.

Switch sled drivers every 45 seconds.


Teams of 4 complete:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Minute AMRAP

A: 14 Kettlebell deadlift w/ 53/35’s

B: 10 Wallballs @ 10/9′ w/ 20/14#

C: 12 Ring rows

D: Rest
Rotate stations when all reps are completed.
