The split jerk is, quite simply, the best way to get the most weight overhead. And nothing builds confidence and whole-body dynamic strength like putting a lot of weight overhead.


Warm-up (No Measure)

5 Rounds

10 Double unders

8 Hollow rocks

4 Ring dips

4 Box jumps


Split jerk foot work


Split Jerk (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

Try to increase the weight on each set to find a 1-rep max.
