Good news is, we start out with the biggest sets of each of the movements. Then it’s all downward momentum from there. SO, similar to yesterday, the goal is to start a little more conservative, just find a smooth pace, and then try and sprint that last set of 50′ and 10 step-ups. Could do this all DAY everybody!
