The only real question is how to split up the row. Splitting in half will be a good option. A quick, medium 20/15 calorie row per person means only one transition and therefore less wasted time. Today does have a time cap which means the transitions and work must be done quickly. Push hard, recover quickly, and keep moving.

100 Meter Odd Object Run (50/35)
200 Meter Run
40/30 Calorie Row
Partner 1 runs 100 meters with Wreck Bag, then Partner 2. Partner 1 runs 200 meters, then Partner 2. Sharing one rower, split calories as desired.
