Teams of 2 complete:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Minute AMRAP

16 Clean & jerk @ 95/65

12 Burpees

100 meter Carry w/ bar + plates
Start with bar unloaded. Load the bar(s) and begin reps. When reps are completed unload the heaviest bar and carry bar and plates seperately 100 meters.

Reload to start next round.

Rx+ = 115/85
