Teams of 3 complete:
250 meter Row
5 Snatch @ 95/65
5 meter DB lunges (overhead) w/ 50/35
5 Clean & jerk @ 95/65
5 DB push press w/ 50/35 (single arm)
—Each person must row 250m for 3 rounds.
—While one is rowing other 2 may split the work any way…
—Only one working at a time…
—work can only be done while rower is active
