Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit
Being upside down is a strange experience. Try it for a minute. No, really, a whole minute upside down. Try to spend that minute looking around the room. It gets weird. But it’s also fun, once you get the hang of it, and it will contribute to your overall fitness in a way that cannot otherwise be accomplished. Spending time upside down will demand and develop balance, as well as proprioceptive and kinesthetic awareness that is unrivaled in the athletic world. For these reasons alone, learning to balance upside down is worth the effort. Sure, it means falling down a lot at first but, eventually, it pays off.
