Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit

The biggest thing today is to be smart about breaking. You’ve got a great partner, so don’t make them do more work than they need to, nor should you go to failure and be useless too early. The idea is that you get a 1:1 work to rest ratio, so if you work a doable amount, you’ll rest a doable amount, and repeat. If you go to failure before resting, it will take too long to recover and therefore the rest of the workout you’re simply trying to get back to normal levels of operation. So strategize with your partner, be conservative, and keep moving. Time to get with that goooood-lookin’ partner and get movin’.
