The first two movements, you most likely will need to break early in order to avoid dying off in round 2 and 3. If that means 2 sets or 3 sets, break it up from the start. That way, on the 3rd and 4th movement, it’s slow and steady wins the race. Think of it as a robotic movement that drives your rhythm, not a QUICK pace, and then sloowwwwww.
