The goal for today should be somewhere around 3 to 5 rounds. That’s a round every 4 to 6 minutes. Similar to a lot of the workouts we do, the idea is to have an idea for what each “block” of the twenty minutes will feel like. The first 5 minutes you settle into a pace. The second 5 you start to increase that pace, while the third 5 you hold onto that increased pace, and finally with the final 5 minutes you try and go as quick as you can without dropping off drastically. So separate this workout into manageable blocks for yourself and see how it works. Just moving today, folks. Nothin’ too crazy.
