A nice easy down and back stroll through some biking, lunges and sit-ups. Ain’t nothin! As with any down and back chipper, the idea is to set the pace on the way to the middle, then improve upon said pace on the back half, hopefully having your split time faster on the latter half of it. So especially with this one, if you’re not confident you can hold the pace you set out on, throttle back. You’ll get your chance to pick it up later, so give yourself that chance. Yay Sunday, folks!
