The first three rounds are the buy-in, the next two rounds consist of our test of the pace we set, with the bike ultimately being the last ditch effort to see what we can do. It’s only 35/25 calories, so make them go as fast as you possibly can. You’re done after that bike, so make it quick. It’s important to pace that barbell so that the push-ups don’t suffer, as well as the row that follows. It’s all about staying consistent with both breathing pattern and resting time today, everybody. Ain’t nuttin’ but a peanut.
