First, we squat, and get them legs just a little tired. Then the metcon. As it is with any workout that has “Directly Into…” written in the workout, the first couplet is the buy-in. The second couplet is where the real workout is. Good news is, today is relatively low impact so if you’re toasted from this week, today’s a good recovery day and a chance to just move. No need to set any records, but if you’re ready to attack it, go for it!
