This workout is meant to be fast, but should challenge your ability to complete full sets on each round. Scale the weight of the dumbbells so you only have to break up a set once or twice at most. The toes to bar should be scaled in the same manner.
During the dumbbell squats, your hands must remain on the handles.

21-15-9 reps each of:
Front rack dumbbell squats w 50/35’s
Toes to bar
Hands must remain on the handles during the dumbbell squats.
Knees to elbows
