Today has a pretty obvious and doable strategy in terms of breaking it up. That being said, there is still a certain amount of strategy to be had. The snatch into the squats should be doable completely unbroken the whole time. The clean and jerks could be done unbroken, but singles might be smart. Feel out the weight while you warm up, and be smart when choosing how much to scale. Have fun with this one, don’t let those double unders get in the way. Who doesn’t love to practice double unders?
