Today’s limiting factors are the overhead squats and the toes-to-bar. Because of this, the focus is having a plan going in of how often you want to break those sets up. 2-3 sets for the overhead squats, maybe a maximum of 6 sets for those toes-to-bar. The goal is to minimize the amount of time you stand and stare at the bar. The row and box jumps will be where moving consistently is easier, so make your money there. Have a plan, stick to it, and focus on moving steadily through.
