Yes, we’ve done this one before! If you’re wondering about your score, look back to September 12th, 2018. Again, the idea is to beat your previous score. However, if that’s our only approach to this workout, we can get too focused on one single thing and therefore become hyper-focused and forget about other things. So stay open. If you beat your score, great. If not, great! Stay focused on what you can control. Break into smart sets, not too many. Control your breathing, control how far your mind wanders into the pain, and just go.
