Good news is, reps go down. Bad news is, they go back up. What that means is, we can’t necessarily pick up speed when we get to the round of 9 reps because if we push too early, the second round of both 12 and 15 are going to hurt a little TOO much. SO, strategy is key, imagine you’re on you’re last round of 15 when you start. That should set a maintainable pace so that when we actually reach the end, there’s fuel in the tank to burn and just finish as strong as we can. So, nice and easy to start, keep the pace, then finish strong.
