10 Ring fallouts

10 Pushups

10 Jump squats

Skill

EMOM: 7 minutes

10 second L-sit hold

Weightlifting

A: Press and Lunge (3-3-3)

Perform 3 reps of the following complex:

1 Strict press

2 Overhead walking lunges

B: Lunge and Press (3-3-3)

Perform 3 reps of the following complex:

2 Front rack walking lunges

1 Strict press
Alternate 1 set of A with 1 set of B until you’ve completed 3 sets of each. Try to find the maximum load for 3 complete reps
