The main thing that sticks out is primarily the bike, as well as bench press. Both movements take a little longer to transition than deadlifts, so that’s where you can lose a lot of time. So make sure you scale appropriately, that way regardless of weight, you can push that intensity. And who doesn’t love having those 2 buddies?!?
