Pressing off the bench is a great way to practice using the whole body for an exercise that appears to only employ a limited number of muscle groups. Done correctly, the bench press does in fact use all the muscles of the body


Warm-up (No Measure)

12 DB snatches

12 Burpee shuttle sprints 5 meters

12 DB snatches

Core: Metcon (Time)

For time:

1 Minute L-sit

1 Minute Hollow hold

Switch every time you break a set.


Bench Press (3-3-3-3-3)

Increase weight each set.
