The good news is, you get just as much rest as you do work, but remember, you’ve got 5 rounds of this. So again, pace pace pace those first 3 AMRAPs so the last 2 can be your best. Consistency yields maximum work achieved versus peaking and dropping fast and low. So start smooth, then slowly pick up the pace. You got this!
