We HAVE done this workout before, but only a version of it. Last time, it was 30 shuttles, bike, then max calorie row. Today, the order is just flip flopped. With that in mind, you may remember how quickly those calories start to add up. So don’t be afraid to scale those numbers to give you a solid minute or more to work on those shuttle sprints. Otherwise, nothing like a lot of cardio to continue this fantastic week!
