Starting with the row, moving efficiently will be smarter than coming out too hot (which you’ve NEVER heard before). That way moving to the double-unders, we’re warm as opposed to exhausted. Move well through the jumprope to make the rounds of Cindy as quick and efficient as possible. Once you’re done with the first round of Cindy, look at the clock, try and duplicate that time for each round. Today’s all about strategizing, moving and breathing well.
