A mile and a half of running. Yay? I mean, YAY! This workout’s going to be GREAT! The key is to be almost relaxed within the workout. If the stress level is high, inevitably we will slow down even more than if we’re calm, collected, and are “happily” pushing the pace just a little bit more with each round. So go to your happy place, with the fairies and butterflies, and knock this one out of the park. Easy money.
