You might be noticing a trend with the recent strict movements we’ve been doing. Namely, the strict handstand push-up. The reason is simple: you get good at strict movements, the kipping version comes much easier. So again, don’t be afraid to scale, because the stimulus will benefit you far more than the desire to Rx will. The idea is simple today: moving between exercises should be smooth, where we don’t get caught too long on any one thing. So scale appropriately, and keep moving smooth.
