The focus today is that hang squat clean. Therefore, if we try and narrow our focus to work on ideal technique for the strength portion and don’t blow out on the first two movements of the metcon, we’ll be more likely to get through those 30 hang squat cleans faster. That means that the first 50 burpees aren’t a sprint, they’re a warmup. Those calories are where we start to push the pace just a bit, and then we see what we can do on those cleans to end. Pick a breakup strategy and stick to it. ‘s gon be AWEsome.
