If you’ve got a family member, a friend, a coworker who’s never tried CrossFit and wants to give it a shot, today’s free! Or bring two so there’s a built in team of 3! Either way, come on in, because today’s gonna be fuuuuun. Who doesn’t love burpees?! The idea is to recognize your strengths, figure out how much energy you want to expend on each station, and switch appropriately. Don’t go too hot too fast, it’s a relatively long workout.
