A repeat workout from April 13. Most of the time should be spent on the burpees, which means the focus needs to be on pacing the toes-to-bar and using that run as a recovery. That 200 meter run is just enough time to catch your breath and get ready to attack that next set of toes-to-bar and burpees. Good news is, as the fatigue level goes up, the reps go down. So stick to your pace and let’s get it!
