A very Fight Gone Bad-esque workout today, designed to tempt you to blow up in that first round. While there are not 5 movements (like FGB) there are 5 rounds. Technically, that means more minutes of rest, so yay! During that first round, stop early on the wallballs and hang power snatches, and see where you end up at the end of the round. Then, see if you can add 1 or 2 reps each round to that total. Make round 5 the best. Lezz do it.
