Each team mate completes an exercise, then all rotate to the next exercise. Each team mate must complete 4 rounds of each exercise. So there is always one person doing squats, one doing pullups and one resting.

10 KB swings @ 53/35

5 Burpees

Rest
Each team mate completes an exercise, then all rotate to the next exercise. Each team mate must complete 4 rounds of each exercise. So there is always one person doing swings, one doing burpees and one resting.
