Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

4 Cycles – each for time:

2 Rounds of:

200 m Bike

125 m Row

Choose 125 m Ski

One 100 m Run

35 Double unders

7 Burpee pullups

5 Snatches @ 115/85#

Rest 3 minutes between cycles
1 cycle = 2 Rounds of the triplet.

Time each cycle seperately.

Rest 3 minutes between every cycle.

Rx+ = 135/95 snatch
