40 meter Overhead DB carry w/ right arm

20 PVC overhead squat

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

3-5 sets

work up to 75% 1RM overhead squat

Weightlifting

Overhead Squat (5-5-5-5-5)

Increase weight each set. Establish a new 5-rep max.
