Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit
Two opposite ends of the weightlifting spectrum.
The first video shows a lifter in the men’s super heavyweight class. If you think our standards for judging are strict in CrossFit competition, see what you think of this man’s clean and jerk and know that the judges ultimately did not allow the lift to count, which cost him the gold medal.

The second video shows a lifter in the lightest of the women’s weight class. She currently holds the American record in the snatch for her weight class. And this is a very impressive clean and jerk.
