The key today is identifying your weakness. If you know you’re worse at rowing than you are at burpees, push the row. And vice versa. The idea today is to challenge what we’re NOT good at, so that we become better. If we consistently push what we’re already confident in, we’re not truly improving. Discomfort is best achieved when you push yourself away from your comfort zone. So pick which movement you know you’re terrible at, and push the pace. It may not go well, which is great. THAT’S improvement.
