1 minute max wallballs @ 10/9′ w 20/14#

Snatches @ 95/65#

Every round complete 30 total reps.

Example:

If you complete 20 wallballs, do 10 snatches. -OR-

If you complete 15 wallballs, do 15 snatches.

The clock runs continuously. The next round starts when you begin the next minute of wallballs.

Have a partner watch the clock for your minute of wallballs.
Rx+ = 45 total reps
