Today’s workout is the first of 3 in the Clash of The Fittest competition at Green Valley CrossFit on November 19. We will have several teams competing. Now is a chance for everybody to test the workout before competing in it, or simply to know what it’s going to be like for our athletes who do it that day. Either way, it’s gonna be a good one!
