With a time cap now a factor, speed is everything, including transition time. Deadlifts are nice because the bar has less of a chance of bouncing around everywhere. So as soon as your partner’s done, let the bar settle, then nail that setup and go right into it. Nice and easy today, folks, nice and easy.
