Nothin’ like thrusters on a Monday!! First we go heavy with them, then we bring the weight WAAY down. As is the case with any higher-rep workout, pacing is the key on those first few high-number sets. When you get to 12 and 9, that’s your cue to pick up the pace and finish strong. Go too hot on the 21 and 18 and you’re looking at finishing the workout having to break it up. We don’t want that, so breathe well, pace it smart, and push through. Friggin thrusters man.
