A repeat from August 9th, 2018. Nicole is a difficult workout simply because it takes more preparation than might first meet the eye. If you know what your max set of strict pull-ups is, use that number to adequately prepare for what you want each set to look like. Those runs will get difficult, especially if you come off the bar too soon. So treat every run as a recovery, the real work is inside.
