Load the barbell with 45’s. Prevent rolling with 25’s under each side. Explore different hand positions on the bar while doing pushups.

Weightlifting

Bench Press (3-3-3-3-3-3-3)

Metcon

Ring Rows (1+1+1+1… rep every minute until failure)

AKA death by ring rows!
