Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit

Fans of the CrossFit Games have a connection to the competitors that is unique. No other sport has so many people in the stands, or watching in their homes that regularly -some even daily- participate in the same activities as the athletes themselves. CrossFit fans actually know what the athletes at the Games are experiencing, physically and emotionally. This is because we’ve all been there to one degree or another. We’ve all experienced the pain of pushing through one more rep. We’ve all known the frustration of pulling on a barbell that should have moved but didn’t. And we’ve all known the nameless joy that comes from achieving something that we’ve worked hard for. All this makes CrossFit Games fans special. Have a great weekend.

30 Thrusters @ 105/75

60 Situps

30 Tire flips
Divide the work as desired.

One person works at a time until the tire flips. Then use as many team members as desired.
