This workout can get deceivingly difficult if you’re not careful with that initial 30-20-10 buy-in if sorts. Often enough, when it comes to something like the rower, it is very easy to blow up and kill ourselves before we even start. With that in mind, imagine you’re 15 minutes into this workout when you start, and hold that pace for that first couplet. On the second couplet, try and pick up speed and finish strong. Ain’t nuttin’ but a peanut!
