First we practice the technique, then we apply it. Today is less about the initial weightlifting complex and more about transferring it over into the metcon. That being the case, use the 400 meter runs as the chances to breathe, while you emphasize technique and strategy inside. Singles on the power cleans, as unbroken as you can on the hang squat cleans, then singles on the squat cleans. All that to say today’s gonna be a good one folks!
