Time for some fun with the overhead squats. In the first video, Pat Sherwood coaches an athlete through some points of performance on the overhead squat.
In the second video, for those that have some time, you can watch some of CrossFit’s best competing with this very lift.


A: Warm-up (No Measure)

3 Rounds – 20:10

Hang power clean

Shoulder to overhead

Overhead squat

Jumping jacks

All with empty barbell

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

10 Minutes:

Warm up to heavy set of 2


Increase weight with each set. Establish a 2 rep max
