Today we finally get to see all those snatch numbers!! We’ve worked a lot on strength in the overhead position, we’ve done a heck of a lot of snatches in metcons, now we get to fuse the two together and see what we can do. The biggest thing to remember today is that especially with heavy snatch days, sometimes it’s there, sometimes it’s not. Hopefully today is a good snatch day, but maybe it’s not. Regardless, you’ll get redemption in the metcon, which is a repeat from April 1st. So see how you did, go in for that PR, let’s do it.
