Ah, the “Bergeron Beep Test.” A nasty complex of simple bodyweight and light barbell. Couple that with running and biking and you’re in for a JOLLY good time. You could see the 800 meters as a bad thing but instead, see it as a break before your next round of bike and beep test. That way, you give yourself a chance to mentally say, “alright I get to ‘rest’ once I’m done with the beep test.” So recover, work, and enjoy!
