Yaaay teammates! The idea today especially is to make the bike as low impact as you can so that you have energy moving to the barbell. So switch sooner than failure, but not too often. With that barbell, keep in mind that you get to rest while your partners work as well as 3 minutes of rest afterwards, so push for bigger sets, and just keep on moving through.
